Chair nominated by the Board. Organizes and executes general AVNC elections. Oversees enforcement of and amendment to AVNC By-Laws pursuant to Article X. Proposes and enforces Board Rules as necessary with the approval of the Board. Establishes a Nominations sub-committee as necessary. Informs the voting members of all election rules and procedures, and reports at AVNC general meetings on any changes to these that it has adopted.
